TA-DAAAA!!!!! The finished product of Z’s eternal moon skirt, made by Namara (our Mars)!! All that’s left is to iron down the hems and it’ll be completely done! • • A different method was taken in approach to the horsehair. Only the bottom layer is hemmed with horsehair braid. The top two layers are roll hemmed. Namara says that the bottom being hemmed with the braid still gives the top two the same kind of ruffles. If you have questions please send them! Also, Z chose these colors based upon the artworks as well as with inputs from the Old Sera Myu. She loves the vibrancy of the colors and wanted the fullness of them as well as the colors to converge nicely. • • Hope the wait was worth it lovelies! Next will probably be Venus and Mars! Hey guys....Real Talk for a moment. Namara will be out of a job after the first of November and cosplay will be very hard to accomplish without some help with funds. If anyone can help out at all that would be fantastic! We’re still doing our best to put together Eternals but extra things such as tulle for our sleeves or props for us and our moon needs funds. Hey guys! Name/Nickname: Z AKA @sailor-moon-turtle Years of cosplay: About 6 years. I started my 8th grade year thanks to my friends! I made an ash Ketchum jacket out of a pattern and an old t-shirt 😂 and my dad helped me out. Since then whenever I can I’ve gone to cons, it’s lately been getting more consistent! Favorite Anime: Sailor Moon (that’s a given) but I’m into really anything that’s so romantic and shojou and slice of life. *cough* Kamisama Kiss, Fruits Basket, Soul Eater and so many more...... Favorite Food: Steak and Pizza! Favorite character: if we’re talking about anime, personally Mamoru Chiba is my guy. In books, most of the demigod characters in Percy Jackson. Like Hazel? Omg yes Which character do you relate to the most: Tohru Honda and Usagi Tsukino. I’m always known to be that bright point in everyone’s lives whether it’s my friends or in a more social setting. (Just like the two) I’m not afraid to be more concerned about others’ well being rather than my own, but I’m on the shy side and I’m not the most outgoing unless certain situations call for me to be. Usagi and Tohru both share how I am idealistically, but Tohru is more like me personally. What’s your favorite cosplay: Out of all I’ve currently done? Jupiter most definitely!! She’s so strong and such an encouragement to her senshi. But after we get stuff together, Eternal Sailor Moon may become my favorite ! 😊
