playing dnd and we are a session and a half into this giant battle when my party member is like ‘hey, wait, why are you still all the way up on that ledge’ me: ‘bECAUSE SOMEONE HAS TO TAKE CARE OF THE HORSES!!!!!

anyways I got to cast fireball and guiding bolt and spiritual weapon, I did just fine with my enforced ranged combat but also at one point the DM narration was like “-surrounded by confused horses, you raise your hands and cast-” and lmao bless
