fanfiction premise: our protagonist adam cole finds himself in a power struggle/proxy war between these two having a "being friends with adam cole" competition, and cole plays along because its a little amusing to get either of them to play video games with him... until things escalate to the point where he realizes the two of them are actually way more deranged than he ever couldve imagined, but by then hes in too deep to escape the gravitational well of their proxy conflict on his own
