A while ago I needed some finishing salt, and Maldon was on special so I got that, and I didn't want to mess around with cardboard boxes and cellophane bags every time I needed it, so I decanted the lot into a jar (note: do not put salt into a jar with a metal lid. I had to decant it twice)

And I labelled it "Maldon" in my nice rounded handwriting, where a looks like o, as opposed to my regular scrawly handwriting where a looks like c.

And *every single time* I look at the spice shelf in the pantry I am like "Moldovan sea salt?"

like how would that even work
