It seems that this chase sequence, in which the victim (played, I think, by Leonor Gómez) is so scared that some of her clothes fall off, was shot several times over the same few feet of ground to give the impression of  a lengthy persuit; see how the lady falls over next to a sign post she’s passed twice before.
