We need to start using the term rage bait on tumblr there’s so much of it, and it’s never called out for what it is
#I’m letting the hate in my heart win on this one#but-#does that seem a little aggressively worded?#is that in bad faith?#does this knee jerk angry analysis not in any way shape or form interrogate the thing they’re mad at and instead just get angry at it?#do you feel an immediate need to agree and then instantly feel superior when you do?#do you deride the strawman?#have you never seen an example of the behavior described but you will loudly agree that those people are awful anyway?#if someone were to call you out on this would your first instinct be to think they’re a secret member of this never before observed group?#and other questions to ask yourself when YOU post!#tribble post
