Sometimes we get busy and usually if you are like me your day can go from simple to hectic ☣️ in minutes. Fortunately, I have discovered an amazing new tool that has helped me declutter 📥 the chaos that comes in today’s digital world 🌍. Recently, I have been going through a course and got some insightful mentorship from Dean Grasiozi. Now this can work in any area of your life. I will share two things that resonated with me. First thing, you don’t have to feel like it to do it; a great example of this is working out. Dean shared that it’s important to focus 🔎 on the benefits instead of the 😥 work that needs to be done! How powerful is that? Boom💥, when you focus on the benefits the work never seems that intense. Now if you go back to the workout example, think 🤔 about how amazing you feel after your workout 🏋️‍♀️. Another amazing insight I got has been that my ability to become efficient is easier than I realize and so is yours. Most people will tell you to create to do list 📋. What if I told you more important than a to do list is a not 🚫 to do list 📝. Begin today by creating a not to do list. Identify the things you are currently doing that don’t serve 🙄 you. Here are a few that come to mind: watching tv 📺, surfing the internet 👩🏾‍💻, sleeping in 🛌, scrolling through Facebook for hours on end. There are also a few things you may be doing that you can outsources like washing the car🚗 and cutting the grass 🏡. Most people don’t think like this, but as an entrepreneur what is your time worth 💵? If you were to charge someone for an hour of your time, this can be training, teaching coaching, or any service what would that time be worth 💰? Now think about how much you could pay someone to cut the grass 🚜. Lets take it a step further, if you think about the amount of time ⏱ it takes to cut the grass and how much you charge for the same amount of time 🤔.
