the people at work are weird. like one will proudly say they're a snitch and they'll tell on you bc you're not doing your job supposedly even though i know they're talking about us apprentices. but. its hard??? working full time and studying full time???? i'm gonna use my time wisely and if it's slow at work you better believe i'm gonna use that time to study and so have the other apprentices lol and the majority of techs were literally apprentices before becoming techs so they know the struggle and are okay with us studying....

#this is also the one who snitch that people with standing by the clock waiting for clock out #but first of all our shifts ends at 11pm #you start cleaning around 10:55pm #no one is paying me overtime. our supervisor made that perfectly clear #just bc you were an apprentice before #and now are a tech #doesn't mean we want to follow in your footsteps god thatd be depressing #and like for the most part... i like them lol #they're good to work with bc they let you be super hands on #while other techs dont really trust apprentices with certain things #which i get. we dont have the education yet #however theyll will let you work with the instruments #and since doing night shifts ive done sooooo much more then when i worked in evenings #and yeah they give me a list of things to do even tho its not approved by the supervisor #it's still nice to learn something new each night #esp if i become a tech im gonna be doing those things anyways #idk where this was going..#im trying to make a pros and cons list #to decide if i should stay in nights or go back to evenings....#AAAAAAAHHHHHH
