I do have to say it’s so hard to succumb to the brain weirds when I have a dog who only cares about being a massive weighted blanket for all the attention in the world

This creature goes to bed around 10-11 pm by himself most of the time, puts himself in the crate and says goodnight. I think I might start going to bed at the same time. Thank u sleepytime signal noodle.

the man, the myth, the legend. Mr. “The Dog” is playing outfield in the great baseball diamond in the sky now. his goofy ‘tude, his unpleasant stink, and his unquenchable thirst for getting pet will be missed forever.

brief plan to verify hazard on tumblr defeated after discovering that while you can verify sideblogs, you cannot verify blogs with multiple runners and i have been told i cannot boot jo from the dogblog for checkmarks

Ah, here we go again:
Do not use my characters as your DnD/TTRPG characters. Do not tag them as your DnD characters. And definitely don’t let me know about it.
Anything labeled ch: (character name) in the tags are personal characters of mine. They are mine. They are explicitly not yours, and never will be. I did not draw them for you. I drew them for me.
I appreciate the excitement - to an extent - but let me be clear that it is intensely rude to presume ownership no matter how innocuous you think it is. If you want your DnD character drawn by me, you can send me a commission proposal. Otherwise, ‘this is my character!!’ or insinuations to that effect in the tags will result in a block, and there’s a strong chance I’ll never remember to *un*block, so choose your course wisely.

I love having big dogs that I can go find in the house and flop onto dramatically without fazing them

@nightmaretour I KNOW RIGHT HE'S THE WORLD'S CUTEST DOG according to DNA testing he's a pyranees/heeler mostly but he really does look like like a labthing, my co-farmer originally scooped him up as a service dog prospect for me a year ago under the assumption that he was a lab mix. finding out he was part livestock guardian dog ruled him out for service work but he's still a great dog
He's like a canine jester. I've met dogs who play pranks before but he's a whole comedian. He likes to dart into the dark crawlspace under the kennel and then, while you're reaching blindly around under there trying to get him out, pop out the other side and sneak around and surprise you from behind. And then he prances around wiggling his little bobtail pleased as hell with himself when you jump in surprise
Also his face just always looks like he made a bad pun and is waiting for you to laugh

A story in three photos.
(This is old, the original post is trapped forever on my old compromised blog so I'm bringing it back here.)
