Never thought I'd get to the point where I'm lying about my genealogy in order to sound like less of a weirdo, but here we are. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
#look i've said it before and i'll say it again:#doing genealogy research on someone you aren't actually related to just makes you feel a really big stalker?#(and like their ACTUAL living relations aren't putting in the work so why shouldn't i???)#but yeah it's a lot easier to just say ''hi i'm distantly related to this person and am trying to find out more info about them! 🙂''#as opposed to ''hi i randomly stumbled across this person's totally forgotten work and fell in love/hyperfixation#and am DESPERATE to find out all i can please please take pity on me and help me out with this 😭''#personal#the pulp saga continues
