for some reason Akekita works a lot. to me.

why I started shipping them is because of their parallels maybe. shitty dads and dead moms. and stuff. (and I also had the bright idea of them being together when I was playing strikers and had Yusuke as my fav since Akechi wasn't there and Yusuke is now my second fav from Akechi.)

I think about Akechi hating himself so hard and wanting to die (unstoppable force) but has Yusuke being so kind to him. (immovable object)

to me no matter what, Yusuke always finds a way to be nice to Akechi and to validate his feelings. (here is totally not me trying to expand the few crumbs I've got.)

also I find it funny thinking about how their dynamic would be. for some reason. evil autism to autism communication. Akechi is literally a fucking murderer in a sort of indirect way and Yusuke finds him hot so he sketches him lots.

I also think that Yusuke doesn't have malice towards Akechi like I think he could put aside his emotions about all the stuff that happens in the game and look at the situation quite objectively so I definitely agree with that point. Their dynamic would also be funny as fuck what with Yusuke's social skills being like that and akechi's being pretty much the opposite. The parallels do also indeed be there, I didn't even think about that but now that you mention it. Hmm. the unstoppable force/immovable object point is also so on point actually oh my god? OMG HI!!! HI AXEL HI!!!!! ive left this one in my inbox for 17 million years so i think valentine's day's the right time to answer it!! (also flipline lore can get odd at times but kingsley barely has any lore beyond his flipdeck the rest is just elaborate headcanons i made up so you don't have to worry :3)

soooo i dont really believe in love languages thats not something i really do or think about with my selfships BUT he does like giving physical touch and acts of service and gifts and stuff heehee he likes to spoil me :3

he also loves getting hugged and kissed and getting words of affirmation from me we're so obnoxiously lovey dovey with each other it's crazy 🤭

we like to spend quality time together by doing shows together at camp kingsley, joking around about stuff, or just staying at home and talking for hours on end about things! we're a very silly bunch and we've got a lot to say!!!!

and even though kingsley looks flashy with the cute little suit and the whole comedy club thing, he's usually a bit more modest date-wise! we usually go out to eat at one of papa louie's restaurants or watch a movie together at the sugarplex theater!! we may not like the movies there sometimes but that's okay cause the important thing's that we watched it together!! (and we can always riff on it when we're home)
