Of Kong's and kremlins.
I think i I may have met two incredibly stupid entities today.
Cranky Kong and King K Rool.
I swear I think I might have also seen Nora today.
Let me start from the beginning.
After being warped onto the Congo bongo peninsula's Beach. I had to do a platforming challenge based on using honey in order to patch up a set of bridges.
Then I ended up getting captured by Captain Skurvy. CAPTAIN of the Kremlin Krew.
He was planning a heist to steal the Crystal Coconut.
Apparently it's been in his family since his ancestor got it from the god Inka Dinka doo
They would let me go if I would help them get into the secret banana stash where the coconut was being held.
Tomorrow would be the prime opportunity since defense would be at the wrestling match.
Truth be told. The whole Kong versus kremmling thing is less of a political dispute and more of a family rivalry between the Kong family (not Kong species) and the kremmling Royal family.
It's kind of gone to the point where they have chimps, kremlins, and apes on both sides.
It's kind of crappy. Like Hatfields and McCoys or Montague's and Capulets.
Really dumb ain't it.
So if they were going to let me go. I had to drop in and create a big distraction.
I found a large coconut tree with a treehouse inside of it. It was right on top of the arena.
I was hanging out there waiting for it to begin. When of all people showed up.
NORA!!!
I don't know how in the underwear she got here. I could probably guess on why she's here but not how she got here.
I tried to chase her. But she actually caught the feet of a Squawks.
I don't know where the Underwhere she is now but it's far away from the Congo Bongo Peninsula.
Now where was I.
I ended up causing a distraction by explaining to them that this entire feud is stupid. I can't really remember what I said I was just kind of angry about the whole situation. But everyone seem to be dazed or something.
I ended up just sort of walking out. No one really cared that a human just fell out of the sky and told them that a tradition sucks.
I met up with Captain Skurvy. It turns out that there was no Crystal Coconut as it was being taken to be polished for a museum exhibit in a few months. They ended up just sort of stealing a bunch of bananas. Something you can just get off the trees. You can like buy a bunch just for a gold coin.
Surprisingly there was also a warp orbital there. So I got that.
I don't think I'll be coming back to the island for a while.
I'm just kind of frustrated.
Garth signing off.

Donkey Kong Land
Ask any bloke who ever owned a SNES what their favourite game was and Donkey Cong Country will surely appear among their mentions. The world got crazy for this tie-wearing gorilla as soon as this game got released! Nowadays it’s still regarded as a timeless classic and Nintendo keeps rebranding it for newer consoles or making it available for download on Virtual Console.
But, what if you only owned a Game Boy? Rare ported their own masterpiece to such handheld with the Donkey Kong Land series, whose first chapter is homonymous. It’s amusing how the word Land is used not only to underline this series was “smaller” compared to the whole Country available for SNES, but it also doubled as a nod to Mario and Wario’s famous series! This must be a case of nostalgia googles for everyone on Internet, because unlike Mario/WarioLand, DKL hasn’t aged well at all. Rare’s fixation with 3D rendered graphics may be fantastic on SNES, but it’s way too confusing on a console which allows only black, white and grey on screen! Every character is an unintelligible mass of pixels, and it’s a pity because if they’d have opted for a flatcoloured style (like Mickey’s Racing Adventure), everything would’ve been much more defined and visible.
And yet, it seems that I’m the only one complaining about this. Maybe it’s because I don’t find Donkey Kong appealing as a character, or maybe because other people base their reviews solely on childhood memories.

This Californian bungalow in Moonee Ponds (seven kilometres north-west from Melbourne’s CBD) belongs to artist Martin Tighe, and Jennifer Tighe, general manager of Tait. The couple have lived in the home since 1991, but the property has actually been in Martin’s family for generations, having been built by his grandparents in 1923!
At the time of building, the house was accompanied by two dairy buildings used for milk bottling, and a stable. ‘Martin’s grandfather was a milkman who would deliver the milk on his horse and cart,’ says Jennifer. ‘The milk would come from the farm in Keilor, and was bottled by the milkman, then delivered. Customers would walk down the side lane and ring a bell to pay their milk bill.’
The dairy buildings ceased their original use in the 1950s, and when Jennifer and Martin moved into the house in 1991, the entire property was a spartan place. ‘All the walls in the house were grey, and there was only one picture on the wall  – a picture of the Pope!’ Jennifer says. ‘Things have changed!’
Martin and Jennifer have completed three renovations over their almost 30 years living in this home. The first renovation, completed in 1996 with architect Bill Wright Smith (who now owns the concrete fabrication business Rutso Concrete) was the most extensive, where the main house was joined to the north-facing dairy building. ‘We added a big family room to join the two spaces, reconfigured the flow of the house, and refurbished the existing industrial spaces,’ says Jennifer.
This dairy building is now the kitchen and dining room, with original features such as the cathedral ceiling and industrial windows retained. ‘Converting the existing dairy building was a challenge, [requiring] pulling it apart brick by brick to bring it back to contemporary building standards. It would have been much easier to bulldoze the lot and start again,’ says Jennifer. ‘We wouldn’t have it any other way.’
A second renovation in 2004 saw the remaining dairy building converted into a self-contained apartment.
Finally, in 2019, the couple treated themselves to a kitchen renovation by Cantilever Interiors. ‘All three children had left home and we wanted to spoil ourselves!’ Jennifer says.
This home’s rich history, paired with Martin and Jennifer’s own memories here, is reflected in its styling. ‘The house has layers that are a result of all that has happened here and those who have lived here. It says a lot about our life,’ says Jennifer. The personality of the residents is further displayed in the use of colour, which is classic, without being strictly neutral. ‘Our heyday was in the ‘80s, so we are also a bit of a fan of a feature wall!’ says Jennifer. Contrasting creamy and warm white walls are painted in Dulux’s Chalk U.S.A.
Martin and Jennifer raised their three (now adult) children in this home, and they describe it as the perfect country-like setting, despite being on a city main road. ‘There was always something happening, someone calling in, someone opening a bottle of something. It has always had an amazing energy,’ Jennifer says.
Visit this home nowadays and you’ll likely find the couple cooking, reading, playing the piano or working in the studio. ‘We never get bored,’ Jennifer says. ‘We are very lucky and we know it.’

Wow, LBJ, used the FBI.  LBJ called the swiss to call the viet cong to let them know where the F-104's were going to bomb the russian missiles the following day.  Hundreds of Americans killed by russian anti-aircraft guns.  He and his buddy's lost a war JFK would never have had.  Adam and Jerry wouldn't make a good pimple on LBJ ass.
50 years from now Adam and Jerry and at this rate the democrat party will be a vision of sugar plums.  We don't need to work hard interfering with the President's overwhelming success, he can alway go back to playing golf at one of his own 18 golf courses.  Let's not make Nancy, Jerry and Adams master plan be more than it is, a wet nightmare.

To hear Schumer say that they are winning today was too much. Democrats were beaten in 2 hours so badly that it should be an embarrassment to them for lying so much to the Senate. Romney wants witnesses, I want Romney recalled he is nothing but a bad RINO.

Thanks, gentlemen. The Dems have proven that they cannot be trusted with power.  Reps need to take the House if anything is going to get done.

We will truly see just how well those fine gentlemen foresaw the future and the power of The Constitution to hold up against an enemy from within. My money is on The/Our Forefathers. They had the luxury of peace, clarity of mind, purpose and God.

Congressman Doug Collins has defended the American People,  The Constitution of the United States, and the United States of America.  Sir, you're an American Hero!

F. D. R. / F. D. R.9 minutes ago
Congressman Collins has watched both sides of this bogus impeachment act. He's acted totally objective and has looked at facts & charges made by the Democrats.   Emotions aside Collins is studying the fairness of the situation from all sides.   This is what all the media, all the people, and all the politicians should be doing.
We should have turned our backs on the Democrats the moment they've used a basement to have meetings regarding the charges they were about to make.    This alone was an abuse of power.  Every step of the way, regarding this bogus impeachment was purely abuse of power.  They not only abused their power every inch of the way, they've also abused our taxes, time and their responsibilities to the American people and their real jobs planning a better America and take care of the true owners of the country, those who in fact pay their salaries, the American people themselves.  Remember them?
The only time they are remembered by the IRS and especially the Dems. is April 14th., income tax pay day.     How much more of our money can they abuse? Listen to Congressman Collins his concerns are for the future of the respect we have for our own government. If these Democratic rebels can misuse the rules completely, ignore the policies and procedures of our Constitution and create their own new rules as needed to win their game how can anyone think fairness is their object?   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It's about time we follow the laws.  Trump is doing the right thing.  He's letting the cards fall where they may.    This goes back to the old adage:     'A doctor should not operate on his own appendix.'
You too, if accused of some serious crime but you were totally innocent, it would not be in your best interest to get involved with the court.  That's why you have a lawyer or lawyers. Emotionally this isn't a very good move in nearly all situations in courts of law.
Those that accuse must prove their charges.  You are innocent until proven guilty.   This the Democrats absolutely did not do.  They were accusing with charges on acts that did not exist in the first place.  They should be charged for the so many lies they've used to accuse the man.
There are laws they've broken regarding another person's character.   Look them up.  The Democrats are so guilty of so much.  Read between their lines.
