Back in school it was a lot easier to stay in shape. You could eat vast quantities of food and never put on a pound. Nowadays however, it´s a different story. Being an adult means more responsibilities and less time to consider your diet and fitness regime. And unfortunately, we just don´t burn calories like we used to!
