feeling so self detested again because I drew a cat and now want to cry at how fast and comfortably and expressive I can draw animals versus human characters whom I really want to draw for traffic content but god fucking damn it it takes me 5 hours to draw one human sketch at best. I could whip out at least 5 dragons in that time this sucks. I just want to be good at this, I just want to be able to draw at anywhere near a decent pace that doesn't make me feel like I'm wasting all my free time achieving nothing

#blabber #the cat is Scott as a cat lol and he's pulling lots of expressions that I cannot convey in human art this sucks #I am unfortunately in need of constant validation and if I cant draw fast enough to have things to post then theres no validation #also things that people care about. As opposed to like. monster creatures that I'd draw otherwise #dragons and horses and cats and whatever the fuck emoting like people? Hell yeah dude easy #people emoting like people? No wtf I cant draw that they look ugly #And its so frustrating because Ive BEEN drawing humans for so long!! Moreso because of getting bullied for drawing animals as a kid #I feel like I'm never getting any further than this #can I ever be happy with what I draw
