   oh how can ley ever forget avery? there’s was no one close  to being  quite    as dear to her as avery was -- romantically that is. this woman, gave leylah    one of the most spectacular break-ups a girl  could  never  dream  of. sure,     leylah  played  judge,  jury,  and  executioner,  but  dear  satan,  there   was     nothing quite as beautiful as when she twisted the knife, only to  watch her    face contort in horror. life hasn’t been particularly peachy  for  her  dear ex,     leylah could practically smell it on her like cheap perfume, and all the more    does the demon crave the feel of avery on her skin once more. 

   she settles into the  seat  across  her ex girlfriend  as  she  musters  up  the     quietest, awkwardest,  smile  she  could  find within her. it hadn’t ever been     difficult for her to present a  gentle delicateness  to  her,  thanks  to her very    own soft baby brown eyes -- it only makes looking human easier.

          being assigned to an area away from everyone she cared about was infuriating. what was she supposed to do without her family or her loves? kicking the wall only kept her satisfied for a couple of seconds at a time. she needed something to do. someone to — avery morse. of course. the answer to her anger. the only plus side about being stuck with her was that the other woman looked worse than usual. now who could she have pissed off this time? making her way over, emmaline plopped down next to the girl with a careful crafted concerned look on her face. ❝ hiya pretty bird. are you doin’ okay?❞

          of all the people she considered to be family, avery was among the few that will worried about the most. she’d do anything for the younger girl. hell she even got her ass kicked by thugs for avery. ( sixteen and full of herself. thinking she could take on a gang and convince avery to come back. how naive.) usually she was the one giving out the hugs now that she had the morse girl back in her life, but to be on the receiving end of one — ❝ hey there, ry. is there something going on? ❞  she kept her hands gently wrapped around her friend, head resting on her shoulder, too afraid to let the look of concern show right now.
