It goes without saying this beer has a ton of layers. So smooth and decadent, coating your mouth with notes of cold brew coffee and milk chocolate. The chili peppers add a slight tingle without becoming overwhelming, enhancing the cinnamon and bringing all of it together. Dry and crisp with a peppery bite, it makes it easy to pair with almost anything. Served with a cork and cage; it pours with a champagne-like carbonation and a huge lacy head that quickly dissipates. Aromas of ripe yellow fruit and wet grass; followed by just a fantastic dry bite. Notes of pear, peppercorn and clove linger with a soft almost banana finish. I found this little gem at the D.A.
