Oh yeah so if anyone else, like me, is confused by the first quest with Keteph in the Swain's Guild Hall where he asks for barley bread, what he is asking for is the apprentice level barley bread, which you may not have the recipe for because you maybe never pursued Men of Bree rep on your cook alt because why would you, she's never been to Bree in her life, and no you can't just buy the recipe on an alt that does have the rep and then send it to her, you have to actually get the rep on the character that has cooking as a skill so guess who's going on a field trip to the barrow downs
