Issimo is pretty dang fun. He goes where I ask, when I ask, at the speed I ask. And for the most part he’s straight and correct. Anyone that’s ever ridden a colt out for the first few times knows that going straight is often the biggest challenge. . He hasn’t fussed or whinnied. He’s been content to do and go where I ask. . There’s no such thing as a perfect person. . We are all fallible. . We all make mistakes. . We are all of us a work in progress. . Anyone who thinks they are perfect likely still has plenty to learn in this life. . Sometimes we may be short-tempered. . Sometimes we may come across as cranky. . Sometimes we may simply come across the wrong way, even if that’s not our intent. . Knowing we aren’t perfect shouldn’t be an excuse for bad behavior, however. It should be a lesson to work harder and extend grace to those who need it. .
