What is the most overrated Vocaloid?

For me personally it's either Rin or Fukase. I don't know, Fukase doesn't really pack a punch and what Rin can do Una kind of does better?? (Len is still aweseome though)

Behold! The Queen of eternal Summer and New Arcadia, Brünhild the Gentle, mother to Heinrich the Ingenious and the player characters.

(I just had to draw some stuff for my DA:F Summer campaign "Radiance", this time I experimented with some even more outlandish proportions, poor lady has damn near no legs, if any at all...)

I've finally drawn my main Splatoon OC Inkeborg (aka the OG thot) once again, now she's simultaneously a C:tD OC!

Her Mien (though technically she has no mortal seeming bc of a flaw) is based on the Portuguese man o' war, so lots of organic and transparent fabrics and "hair".

(Because Siphonophorae are colonial organisms she speaks with multiple voices at once, it's kinda freaky)

This version of Inke is born in 1964 (human era) in the quiet suburbs of D and goes through her belated Dream Dance at the age of 26. Thanks to spending a lot of time in freeholds, even acquiring one of her own later on (a grotto in the German Sea), she manages to stay alive until the Mollusc Era.

She now looks barely humanoind and also has the Shapechanging-birthright so no one in the Splatlands bats an eye. Thanks to her strong fairy heritage she can walk among her new soft-bodied friends without risking her longevity because the inhabitants of this new world, Inklings especially, are not as mired in Banality as humans used to be (physically she's 59 by that point).

I'm gonna tell y'all about my new Nicheling storyline bc I can

On the tallest tree on Arcadia, home island of the legendary Adam, grew two fruits, one sweet and one bitter. One day they fell to the ground and from them emerged Seelie and Unseelie, ancient fae lords who chose the form of fruit to hibernate the long winter that returns in a cycle every 1000000 years.

Seelie is male. His fur is mostly yellow, save for some subtle brown markings, forming the shape of a mask around his golden eyes. He has ram horns and a scorpion tail, one nimble and one deformed paw. His snout is large and elongated. His gem combination is yellow/orange/yellow, the signifier for his court.

Unseelie is female. Her fur is a bright, poisonous-looking red with intricate beige patterns. She has a derp snout with striking violet eyes and she's crowned with a set of massive elk antlers. She, too, has a scorpion tail, aswell as one clawed and one unclawed paw. The symbol of her court is the gem combination orange/pink/orange.

Their first three children are Danu, Balor and Gwydion. Balor and Gwydion later accompany their mother and other tribemembers to a new island as Unseelie was banished by her husband for breaking an oath they made prior to reincarnating.

This oath was the Seal of the Seasons which dictates that Seelie gets to rule alone in spring, together with his wife in Summer and during Autumn Unseelie would be the sole regent, winter would be silent for the whole tribe would hibernate. Unseelie however chose to rally up her most loyal children to overthrow Seelie, blinding imprisoning him somewhere in the deep woods alone. She then would fool her sadly also mostly blind descendants into believing she was two people by never speaking herself in Spring, letting Balor imitate her husbands voice instead.

Once Seelie broke free from his prison with the help of Danu, his court and other fae spirits after 300 years he returned with vengeance. He banished Unseelie and her court but also oathbreakers of his own court from Arcadia, damning them with mortality and a significant loss of most of their magic. Unseelie will not accept her loss, she will return in a new and improved host body and alongside her descendants she will end Seelie once and for all.

As much as I adore the og Vocaloid producers' stuff from the late 2000s - early 2010s for being what it is... actually listening to it is kida weird. Like, you can just tell the entire game was in its infancy so to speak.

Me playing Scout in tf2 PvP boils down to:

"You'll never catch me muahahahaaa >:) I'm so fast-"

"OH GOD HE'S GONNA CATCH pls don't hurt me I'm a pacifist ;-;"

*ducks into some asscrack corner and sneaks around like a coward*

*Spy pulls a proper frenchman by backstabbing me*

*I respawn, instantly running the fuck away from a conveniently placed fully upgraded Sentry*

Aaaaand rinse and repeat.

(there was that one time where a Spy who had just killed me a minute ago walked past me and didn't even do jack. Like, he was a really good player, too, so I think he saw me, but ignored me bc I'm legit that bloody pitiful)

I'd like to take a moment to appreciate how well Valve designs women.

They're pretty without being oversexualized to the point they look like blow-up dolls.

(I was gonna make a GLaDOS joke but honestly the principle still applies. They could've gone for robo-waifu but they didn't, she looks absolutely menacing.)

If any of y'all have OCs tell me about your design principles (I talk about my AUs all the time so this would be a neat change of pace. Plus, I could listen to people being in their creative element for hours on end and not get tired at all)

-Slowboat in my C:tD!AU looks the same as it does in canon. The difference, though, is that it's a chimerical island created by Noodle (yes, she's that powerful), invisible to the mortal eye and a safe haven for fae above the clouds.

-Kong Studios is a freehold that used to belong to Sir Emerick Khong, a decadent Sidhe Duke of house Balor (like Murdoc). Under rather... strange circumstances he passed away, leaving the freehold to be maintained by Murdoc.

-Dr. Wurzel is an enigma to say the least. Once an esteemed member of the Seelie court he unfortunately succumbed to Bedlam from being locked within the Kong freehold (something which Murdoc and some other Balor DEFINITELY DIDN'T have anything to do with!) He did get his revenge however once he stole Murdoc's precious Winnebago, enhancing its capabilities via the Wayfare and Infusion Arts, taking it away far into the Dreaming. No one knows of Dr. Wurzel's whereabouts, though Del claims to have atleast seen him visiting a Goblin Market in the Deep Dreaming.
