I made boiled eggs for the first time in my life (I'm turning 23 in a few months), it was difficult, because something as simple as eggs is about as far as I can go cooking wise now that my heart and legs are taking turns making me fall at the slightest hint of strain, but like, they're boiled to the point I wanted them to be, and they're not green, this was a complete success

#hell yeah #pretty damn good for a bad knee day #i put up with sitting on a chair in the kitchen which i dont normally do because being below the benches feels weird #but i kinda had to because ive had multiple falls today #anyway im not a fan of plain boiled eggs (had to check - baby me hated them so much i stayed away right up until last week)#but now that i know i can do it i can buy sauces for it and i'll have another meal option! my dietitian is gonna be ecstatic!#especially with it being eggs again #at our last appointment before christmas id figured out how to make scrambled eggs in the microwave and she was excited about that #im still trying to work on being able to feel hunger so eating properly is still hard #eggs are a fantastic option for me (when i can eat them) because malnutrition is kinda my life
