Our first day in El Nido started with a boat ride to the Secret Lagoon- a magical place that required climbing through a small opening to gain access; but once we were inside it felt like the mysteries of life were all answered without words. The feeling of swimming and playing in this beautiful place, with our fantastic guide Benji, was something that I can’t quite describe but won’t ever forget. It was whimsical and mystical all at once; and the perfect way to start this part of the Kapwa 2023 tour. Our journey on a small plane to the magical @elnidoresorts Miniloc in Palawan: we flew from Manila to a small airport in El Nido where we caravanned to a boat to take us to our beautiful resort- the first of many, many boat rides.
