Honestly...I see the miss reader, personally, as someone who's always had their shit together 24/7, tough as hell like him, rough around the edges, has similarities to him (they'd understand each other more), but only a few select people fought their way into her vulnerability (he stubbornly punched the emotional walls she put up)..hence, this happened (this was just a snapshot of her). When drunk ..yeah it's like this.

I imagine people would assume Katsuki's type of women would be someone who's as tough as him, but then he'd be proving them wrong when the paparazzis catches him putting his drunken crybaby girlfriend at the front seat of his car, and she looks like she's had the worse night of her life because of her very tears stained cheeks.

Now, people gossip instead of dismissing the assumption of Katsuki's type of women. From what they've seen on the photos taken from last night's occurrence, Katsuki's girlfriend seemed to be the complete exact opposite of him that it starts to worries the netizens of what actually happens behind close doors.
