I guess is just a matter of taste, i see "filler" episodes as a way to see more of character actions and interactions in a way we can see them in a better light as a whole, plus it warms my heart to see them in something a little more silly like a bottle ep because it gives more weight to the end when things get more sirious and we don't have time to goof around anymore, plus we mostly care more for character we spend more time with, obviosly thats not the rule and the opposite can also be true but its just how i like it.
