My first instagram hoop tutorial: the escalator! Its hard to explain everything in a few seconds but I tried! 😊 So I started in an isolation, let it roll over my hand and then flipped the hoop to the back of my body, let it drop out of my hand and bring my knee up and to the side to let it catch there and then as the hoop hits your leg, bring your hand down to catch the hoop. Then give it a push and let it guide back up your leg/torso and then have your hand up ready to catch the hoop! Hope this helps you all!
