INDEPENDENT + RATIONAL + HARD WORKING

Academic, practical, and usually quite smart, these characters are pretty witty when you give them a chance. Although you wouldn’t guess it from their tough exterior, sometimes it can take them a while to come out of their shell and open up emotionally to people, but it’s definitely worth it when you get to know them. Mostly independent, sometimes these characters get surprised by how much they actually rely on others around them, but their inability to allow themselves to be vulnerable can sometimes be a bar between them and really trusting someone. They don’t like being told what to do, especially by those they deem less intelligent than themselves, which makes accessing their full potential difficult when they find it so hard to take advice. Freedom of thought and the ability to think outside of the box are their gifts along with hard work and dedication to their cause. Usually they don’t like to conform but not every character in this member group likes the spotlight either, so it can be a struggle for them to find a happy balance.

ASSERTIVE + FIERY + RESOURCEFUL

Feisty and opinionated, they probably fought you over something and then didn’t stop going on about it until you conceded you were wrong. They seem to have a perpetual chip on their shoulder – something to prove to the world and they’re non-stop and won’t backdown when they think they’re right. Resourceful and self-reliant, they usually talk themselves into a corner and end up pitting themselves against the world – often trampling others’ feelings in the process. It’s not necessarily that they’re trying to be selfish, but sometimes they get so wrapped up in their own situations that they forget to empathise. That, however, doesn’t stop them from being the jealous type, on occasion, when they see other people succeeding where they have failed. They’re prone to arrogance and hot tempers, but it’s a shame they don’t really give a damn what you think of them as long as they know what they’re doing is right.

EMOTIONAL + THOUGHTFUL + INSPIRATIONAL

These characters are the dreamers. The ones who often get swept away with their grand ideas about aspects of life and lost in their own thoughts and ideas. Emotional and full of heart, they tend to feel a lot of things… a lot of the time. Their hopes are too big for their heads and feelings too much for their hearts. Sometimes they can romanticise struggle and they’re not often ones to suffer silently. However, they are the kind most likely to fall in love at first sight or dedicate their entire lives to a cause because when they believe in something, they believe wholeheartedly. They’re inspirational and moving, and when they have something on their mind it’s not something that will just float away without being explored. It might seem as if their heads are up in the clouds some of the time, but many characters in this group are able to dream big and make it happen, even if it involves an emotional rollercoaster ride to get there.

ASPIRATIONAL + AMBITIOUS + NEEDY

These characters yearn to be noticed. Whether it’s for being the best looking, making sure everyone knows how big their paycheque is, spending all weekend volunteering at a homeless shelter, or publicly cheating on their significant other, characters in this member group like to garner attention to themselves. Sometimes for good, sometimes for bad. Although most want to come out on top, they’re not all ruthlessly ambitious: some are just looking for some real love, care and attention to try and feel validated. Some are insecure. Others, however, are obsessive about their reputation and they’ll go out of their way to get noticed. Many are happy to be flexible with their morals and the truth when it comes down to getting what they want, but all they want, really, is to be important. Whether it’s to a crowd or just to somebody, these characters just want to matter.

RELIABLE + GENUINE + HARMONIOUS

Although some can struggle with trying to work out who they are, most in this member group manage to work productively and channel their insecurities into a purpose. Whether it’s doing better for themselves or doing right by others, these characters will put the people they care about ahead of themselves. The constant helper, they are trustworthy, warm and genuine, but are ready to stand up for themselves if the need arises. They are great at bringing people together and are more co-dependent than lone wolves. They cherish harmony and, although sometimes they can be a little traditional, they can also be open to new ideas with a little nudge in the right direction. They are thoughtful and honest and never one to see something go wrong and not step in to try and make a difference.

CHARISMATIC + GREGARIOUS + ENERGETIC

Usually equipped with easy confidence and charisma, characters in this member group are normally well-liked and popular, and they draw their strength from others. They do, however, have a tendency to keep negative emotions to themselves to maintain their outer image and deal with most things through humour. At their best, they’re witty, humorous and energetic types who’re always up for pushing boundaries and having fun. At their worst, they can be sarcastic and bitter, but then again who doesn’t enjoy a bit of schadenfreude, right? Although they usually light up a room when they walk into it, characters in this member group thrive off the company of others and when left alone are easily prone to loneliness and boredom. Sometimes they can struggle with knowing entirely what their purpose is, but are often happy to define themselves by how they relate to the others around them.
