im tired of seeing people genuinely say that Astarion "looks too old". Or get upset when he makes An Expression and theres lines on his forehead when his brows crease or raise, and laugh lines when he smirks. Sorry that the 200 year old abused elf* has signs of Being Alive and not being Etched Marble.

#even the cast of twilight have laugh lines and brow creases and they ARE marble skinned #i have a whole rant about how theres been a very violent upswing of Chasing Youth Forever #but i didnt wanna make this post ten miles long #anyway. this came from seeing a tik tok of a middle school kid and her cabinet full of vitamins creams and etc-#-and was talking abt how she Needed These so she would never look Old #and then saw another tik tok of someone showing off “smooth” astarion and the comments talking abt how:#“Oh finally! Now he looks like a real vampire! Now hes actually hot! He looked Sooooo Old before!!”#wringing necks and rapidly aging people out of spite #deal with your own mortality and get out of my wrinkle loving domain #[i always block and move on but im just Feelin It today]
