i dont think izumi has another parent honestly. i think one day zukos advisors came up to him and were like hey we need to start thinking about heirs and you arent even betrothed yet. and he was like oh ok no problem👍 and then he went on a trip for like 2 days not telling anyone where he was going and then came back with child. what happened in those 2 days? nobody knows. he wont tell anyone
