WE ARE WHAT WE EAT AND WE ARE WHAT WE DO!!!!
As an individual who suffers from inflammation as well as many other spinal issues for 10+ years and refuses to take medications or get surgery ....there are other holistic methods to help with your individual ailments!
Side note: You won't typically hear me say disease or diet because I am a believer that there are management methods for almost everything if we take the time to research, try, fail, try again, and keep trying to improve our health, lifestyle, way we eat, exercise, etc.!
