Me: i honestly dont need fallbreak that bad. Usually school tires me a lot but this time i’m honestly fine after seven weeks. I dont need this break. I dont feel tired. I could go on with this forever

Like I said this'll be my dumbster for stuff. But anyways, I'm supposed to go visit my grandma by train this fallbreak and my mom has already promised to get me my tickets. And today when I suggested that could we look at them she was like "Always when I'm at home it knows loss of money for me."

Then, I said that dad could pay too, I really don't care who pays for them as long as it isn't me. Then he almost yelled that what's this about and dissmissed the subject right away.

So yeah, asking stuff from parents is really great. Y'know the funniest thing is that they are making me to go. Or like assuming that I'm going. So it's just one of these "don't ask your parents anything right when they come home" things I assume.

It's not like I hate my parents or anything, I'm just kinda done with them playing the victim over stuff they have already promised me and what they're supposed to do/give to me to keep me alive, it's literally their job lol. And it also sucks that sometimes it seems that yelling and being rude is the only way of communicating with them. I wouldn't want to raise my voice or be harsh, but if I'm being yelled at for LITERALLY NOTHING is even worse. So yeah I must be in my teenage dirtbag era lmao.

A great way to conclude my rant is to ask the question; does your parents do this too or is this just mine? Let me know how it works with your folks! <3

Two toasts for lunch today. These were so good and definitely satisfied my craving for something savory. I feel like all I’ve done over break so far is sleep, but it has definitely been much needed. I really enjoy my time at home, and I’m glad I have the opportunity to spend full breaks with my family this year. Last year I spent most of the holiday season working and while I was glad for the hours it really was not ideal. More time spent relaxing and with friends and family this year is something I am very thankful for 😌. #dEats: toasted Asiago bread with tomato and parmesan and avocado and egg. both drizzled with lemon juice and topped with pepper and red pepper flakes
