Slight chance that I might be able to do something really cool that will help me get out of this damn state by next year.
#family friend nabbed a house for 10k and put another 10k into just getting it up to code#if everything goes well and the stars align I might be able to get it for 75k#going over to look at it and talk to said friend tomorrow#if it just needs aesthetic updating and all the major things are fixed then...#I can spend a year pulling up carpet/sanding floors/repairing plaster and then sell it for modest profit#which I could use as moving money/down payment money#fingers crossed
