As the week of Hallow's Eve comes, the sly, occasionally playful, moon-obsessed witch Bethesa Soft has, for no sinister intentions, illuminated the evening sky over the autumn lands with various scloudy shades of brown, orange and grey. Kerstin and Keiko seek to enjoy some of the cool, breezy nights flying on broomsticks through the night sky, so they create two for themselves out of thin air and seek advise from Bethesa, an expert broomstick-flier herself, on how to properly use theirs for flying high up into the pleasant, night sky. The purple-dressed witch tells them that they must levitate first upon mounting their broomsticks just as she does, and then they can ascend high into the air. Bethesa also tells them that it is important for them to fly even higher whenever a half-moon, a crescent-moon or a full moon is revealed, before which the two sorceresses must ascend the highest just as the witch does.
