my platonic ideal of a website is something like qntm.org, which is simple enough that you could do it all in static html, but that sounds inconvenient. is there a cms that would be suited that?
#fiddled around with joomla for a bit#but it seems a) way more complicated than i need#b) not to be geared toward producing the sort of thing i actually want#and i don't entirely understand the basic site design idiom it's aiming for
