It's 3:30 am and I can't sleep because I'm worried I'm going to get in trouble for calling out even tho I have a legit reason
#finding coverage is basically impossible becayse they hired like#only part timers with super limited availability#and they also super understaff so without me itll only be 2 people for half the day#and like#i know my thing is important but it still makes me feel like shit#i wish theyd just not understaff#or at least yknow#hire people who have more open availability so we can find coverage when its needed like rn#why hire people who can only work one day a week if your business model relies on having as few people in the store as possible#you need to be able to have someone come if if one calls out#its frustrating#i both love this job and hate it#tho tbh#im kinda starting to think i may only like it for my coworkers#ugh
