It's sad to see the World Cup 2018 coming to an end. It's been an incredible tournament with some unbelievable long distance shots. I don't recall ever seeing a World Cup with so many crackers from outside of the box (and penalties). In honor of some of these goals, I've upload this shooting inspired workout. This is a football (soccer) shooting and strength workout that you can do at home. It's full body and works to improve your ability to consistently strike the ball with your instep (laces) of both your right and left foot. Additionally, there will be strength moves to improve upper body, lower body and core strength. This workout is 4 rounds of 6 moves (35 seconds each): 1 Touch Right foot Shooting Ball Rolling Push ups 1 Touch Left foot shooting Ball V ups Left-Right Bounce Shooting (no touch in between) Plyometric Lunges Fitball Factory is tackling fitness and health from the perspective of the world's most beloved sport, football.
