The physical personification of rain! I have a couple of sketches of similar concepts (sun, snow, etc.) that I might end up properly drawing soon. That will be under the tag 'Weather Girls' if I end up doing so.

I'm not completely happy with this one but I was working on it for a couple of hours and at a certain point you've just got to say that its good enough. I might end up re-drawing this at some point in the future but for now? This is fine.
