HOW I ENTERED VOID STATE:

yesterday I meditated for like a couple seconds cuz I wanted to clear my mind a little. After meditating I Proceeded to Lay down in a comfy position I closed my eyes & kept focusing on my 🫁 for some reason it felt like I was supposed to focus on my lungs & keep breathing Visualization(perception is reality) is key to this so I then visualized a black hole floating over my chest very small at first, it had felt like my body was moving🌌

This void later expanded (which I didn't think about- it sorta happened on it's own) anyway I was sucked into it I thought the affirmation "This is the void" (*_*) the void was kinda green I assume it has to do with the heart chakra (YEAH I brought chakraz into it wus good?) so here I am in the void meditating in the void I envisioned I could shapeshift I didn't really focus on stuff to want I just sort of had fun with it 🌻🦈
