Lilia! . . . Explanation: She's Fleur's daughter in my AU. Lilia is really crafty, as she developed a spell to turn a wand into a necklace (as seen in the painting). She's obsessed with magic, the best friend of Oliver (my Benolly son, more sketches later) and is ready to summon the spirits of the past and deceased kings and queens (Vlad the Powerful in particular, more sketches later again). Lilia is based on an OC(same name and hair, different design and palette) I created 1 year ago before I rewatch BAHLK. Her current palette is derived from the species (edit: Thelionema caespitosum) (also called blue lily and is what her wand is made of) as seen below:
