Today was Brucie’s first session in the water and I’m proud to say he did great! We still used the muzzle but he didn’t growl or bark once. Naya was amazing, just being her lovely self helped Bruce conquer his fears in a way we couldn’t. When he saw how happy and trusting she was towards everyone, he just kinda followed. Being in the water was a bit scary at first, but after a while he got the hang of it and actually started swimming. Towards the end he was clearly much more relaxed. I’m really happy about how today went down and confident that he will start to enjoy therapy in the future!
