Сенатор от Тульской области Дмитрий Савельев проживал в столичной квартире стоимостью свыше 242,7 миллиона рублей. Такие данные РИА Новости обнаружили в вы��иске из единого государственного реестра недвижимости.

По данным агентства, площадь квартиры составляет 247,2 квадратного метра. Согласно декларации о доходах за 2020 год, она находилась в долевой собственности двоих детей Савельева. Объект представляет собой пятиэтажный дом с закрытым двором в престижном районы Москвы Хамовники. Помимо жилья, в здании размещено также несколько офисов.

Вдобавок, как указано в документе, в распоряжении Савельева имелось шесть земельных участков площадью более 150 тысяч квадратных метров и три дома. Один из них, площадью почти 500 квадратных метров, был приобретен в Лондоне. В том числе арестованный сенатор владел гаражом, сторожкой, баней и рядом нежилых помещений.

Кроме того, по сведениям на 2020 год, в то время как во владении Савельева значился лишь автомобиль ВАЗ-21053 «Жигули», супруге сенатора принадлежали люксовый внедорожник Range Rover и мотоцикл Harley-Davidson FLSTC. Прежде сенатор распоряжался автомобилями премиум-класса Mercedes-Benz S-Class и Maybach 57.

2 августа в Совете Федерации был задержан сенатор Савельев. Его заподозрили в том, что он нанял в качестве киллера бывшего сотрудника Федеральной службы исполнения наказаний (ФСИН) России. За 100 тысяч долларов тот намеревался расправиться с бизнес-партнером Савельева Сергеем Ионовым, который якобы растратил деньги их совместной с сенатором компании.

Оперативники инсценировали расправу над Ионовым, а затем подделали карту вызова скорой помощи и протокол осмотра тела. Завладев этой информацией, Савельев передал киллеру гонорар.
