The market was crowded, voices rising to debate prices and make exchanges—some in languages she didn't know. But the Jedi were too close for comfort. Five total if the Force told her correctly.
Osha could cover her head and shoulders, yet she couldn't change the face she shared with her twin.
"You don't need to be invisible," Qimir said. "Walk like you're no one, and you become no one. Cookie?" He held one out to her, his fingertips stained blue. His hair was messy, his cloak too large—his choice of disguise.
"No." She frowned as he popped the remaining half into his mouth. "Why are you eating? I'm more concerned with making it out of this market alive."
Qimir swallowed, swiping his thumb over the corner of his lip. "Alive?" He drifted closer, his arm pressing to hers as he spoke low by her ear. "Osha, you forget who you're with."
