well!!! i think pippa would LOVE to show him her home dimension :’) i think quentin would be passively interested in a “sure kid, whatever you want” kinda way (partially because he is A Bitch, partially because even having a little purple bf isnt quite enough to really sell him on the plausibility of multiverse stuff), but as a man of science he would surely be Blown Away once he gets there and sees it for himself!!!! preddy aleon aes new york.............. yeas.........

mountain duet: how awkward were you and your f/o in the early stages of your relationship?

oh this is FUN. i think theyre awkward at different times for different reasons!!!! pippa is kind of permanently a little Off due to 1) hhhhhhh hot guy, and 2) not quiiiiite grasping this dimension’s customs and cues as well as she’d like to, and neither of those are things that would really go away!!!! sort of a permanently squigglemouth situation

quentin, on the other hand, brings this VERY goofy awkwardness in the form of his whole grift. imagine pretending to be from another dimension because theres NO WAY you can disprove that, only for a whole ass real ass alternate universe spiderman show up in the middle of your whole scheme. immediately his thing becomes a zillion times harder so he’s like. fumbling and rambling in a way that he desperately (and might i add successfully) tries to pass off as Well Gosh, Miss P’rk’r, I’m Just So Nervous Around You Because.... I Like You! so hehhehheh thats fun >:) 

suddenly seymour: how does your f/o help you cope with your past? how do you help them?

i KNOW i was drafting a fic about this very question in july 2019 but i cannot remember shit from it. oh well whatever. pippa is all too eager to comfort quentin about his fake past with his fridged family angst, for one thing. she misses her family too! and she knows that isnt quite the same, but, maybe he’d like to open up to her about it all anyway (it’s moments like these where quentin feels Actual Guilt for what he’s doing as far as she’s concerned, but like, extremely briefly. he shakes it off)

cringe moments where im like “okay. now. how would mister beck be Earnestly Kind to me?” and i have to REALLY wrack my brain to come up with anything FHDJFSHDKFDS OKAY WAIT. i think that he would be like. REALLY good at distracting pippa when she’s down??? ooooggghhh it would be really nice if he like set up an illusion specifically for her and they set up times to immerse her in it so she can Forget The Sads!!!!! wahhhh okay men can be nice ONCE

an ordinary couple: what does an ideal future with your f/o look like? do you have a house? pets? kids?

HMMM honestly i havent put much thought into a sustainable long-term dynamic with quentin!!!! and like i use my spidersona for SO many partners im not sure if any one in particular would be interested in settling down??? BUT i think way down the line if pippa is dimension hopping and happens to bump into a certain fishbowl old flame, he would certainly drop whatever he was doing to catch up!!! kind of a permanent I’d Be Down If You Asked Zone situation

first of all jake gyllenhaal could do a movie where he just frowns at the camera for 90 minutes straight and i would still watch that shit topless every time. BUT I MEAN!!!! i just think mcu mysterio is such a perfect storm of My Taste!!!! mediocre predictable twist villain (hi, robert)? check. half-baked plan targeting a wealthy elite? check. a sprinkling of sexy misogyny for the boys? CHECK!!!!!!!!!! he does it all. plus i mean.... you make me sit through enough thanos screen time and literally every other man on earth becomes a 10

haha. *totally DOESNT fantasize about quentin taking a mentor role and helping pippa get better control of her spider powers* *is absolutely not thinking about pippa, post-mysterio evil reveal, slipping easily into something of a henchman role to coach quentin on lying abt alternate dimensions based on the truths of her real-world experience*
