O dia quatro de dezembro passou e eu nem me liguei que quatro de dezembro é dia de Santa Barbara, sincretizada com Iansã.

A deusa dos ventos e da tempestade.

A orixá que cospe fogo pela boca.

A deusa arretada, cheia de personalidade.

Filhos de Iansã são os mais influenciados pela personalidade de deusa. Principalmente as mulheres. Não fogem de briga, fala as verdades na cara, impetuosa, vivaz.

Seu sincretismo com Santa Barbara é divido a santa que condenada a morte, quando o soldado romano levantou a espada pra cortar a sua cabeça, um raio o atingiu e o matou.

Iansã é guerreira, corajosa.

Sua cor é o branco e o rosa.

Sua comida, é uma das poucas que saíram dos barracões e virou comida de rua.

O acarajé.

Quando manifestada, ela mesma oferece essa delícia.

No estado da Bahia, os evangélicos quiseram usurpar a comida de Iansã, que é vendidas por baianas da religião afro, rebatizando-o de “bolinho de Jesus”.

Por graças, entraram na justiça e impediram.

Se a baiana se converteu a religião evangélica, mas quer continuar vendendo o delicioso e famoso bolinho da orixá, que ela continue vendendo como acarajé e vestida de baiana, como manda a tradição!

Se um dia for ao Brasil, nos estados da Bahia ou do Rio de Janeiro e ver uma baiana com sua barraquinha de acarajé, não tenha medo. Experimente! É uma delícia. É o presente da santa para a humanidade.
