Ingredients: 8-10 chicken drumsticks 1 tablespoon ginger paste 1 tablespoon garlic paste 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon garam masala powder Salt, to taste 2 tablespoons mustard oil 1 medium onion, finely chopped 2 green chilies, finely chopped A handful of fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped Instructions: Wash the chicken drumsticks and pat them dry with a paper towel. In a bowl, mix together the ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Coat the drumsticks with the spice mixture, making sure to cover them evenly. Heat the mustard oil in a pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the coated drumsticks and fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown. Remove the drumsticks from the pan and set them aside. In the same pan, add the chopped onion and green chilies. Fry until the onion is golden brown. Add the fried drumsticks back into the pan and stir to coat them with the onion and green chili mixture.
