the fun thing is. so like. i’m trying to gain weight because my medications keep making me lose weight (-.-) but i don’t own? a scale? so i have no idea if i’m staying on track 😭
#also scales are like $20 and i don’t want to buy one.#the one we used to have was broken. and you had to do math to calculate your weight#it would always be wrong. by roughly 20lbs (????) so. that’s fun. and we never replaced it#but now. no scale. so i’m just trying to roughly meet the calorie intake my doctor told me to reach for. unfortunately. my appetite also#sucks. so i’m usually a little short. so i just try to eat high calorie foods and drinks. instead of a bunch of low calorie foods. does it#work? again. no clue. i have no idea what i weigh right now. i just don’t want to be underweight 😭#also. migraines are fun. and because i spend roughly half a month experiencing them. that also fucks with my appetite….. and my medication#for my migraines makes me lose weight…. double migraine whammy. literally it’s just a cycle of this. all the time.
