#it's really weird Having A Therapist bc today i was doing a thing and was like oh she's gonna be proud of me when i tell her about this one#(did a CBT exercise at home the other day in which you list off evidence for/against a particular belief you hold about yourself#and then today i was like oh this is a way that i can add weight to the evidence on one side of that instead of dwelling on the negatives -#and then actually did that thing)#for the record this isn't actually a long term thing - i get 6 sessions funded via GP referral. consistently the people i refer to this#service have the best experiences in town so i thought worth getting me on it too)
