#GVDPC Day 14: “Pets” After P was born, within 6 months we lost #FritzHsieh and #PazHsieh. Awhile later, we adopted #TacocatHsieh and #HatchChileHsieh so that they could all grow up together. P dearly loves them both. It’s so sweet to see them interact and play! I was planning on using a photo I took of the dogs from earlier today, but then this happened. Brisa was showing a story time on her phone from P’s pre-school teacher when Tacocat and Hatch decided to join them too. After we unexpectedly lost #FritzHsieh, there was a huge void in our house. Fritz was wonderful with Paxton and we missed seeing them play together. A few months later, this little guy entered our lives at the perfect time. Allow me to introduce you to Tacocat! He’s super loving, playful and he’s extremely patient with P! We’ve had him for 4 months now and he’s completely immersed (read: forced) himself into our family. 52 Weeks of Awesomeness: Week 7 - "Siblings" One of our concerns about Paxton's arrival was how his canine and feline siblings would accept him. The day we arrived home from the hospital, while still in his carseat, we set Paxton on the floor and one by one, #FritzHsieh, #BauerHsieh, #PorkBunHsieh, #PazHsieh and #FigginsHsieh approached him, sniffed him and then carried on with their normal activities of sleeping, eating and cleaning themselves. 52 Weeks of Awesomeness: Week 1 - “Introduce Yourself”. Hi, my name is Chris Hsieh (pronounced Shay). My family’s relationships define me. Each of these connections directly influence who I am as a person, father, husband, friend, son and business owner. To know me is to understand how much I adore everything in this image.
