What is a Back End Developer?
The term doesn't actually sound that bad. You might have heard people talk about writing code or doing basic tasks in the backend of some software. Perhaps you would have been an IT specialist that learning how to write code for their computers.
When someone wants to hire a Coder, they really do not want them to just learn how to write code. They want someone who has experience in programming languages, frameworks, databases, etc. Sometimes they are referring to someone who can work in a team setting as well.
When you are hiring a new team, always be sure to check references and get some recommendations. Ask each person you interview about their experience with hiring the Coder. Make sure they can recommend someone who they are comfortable working with. You should ask a lot of questions so you can be sure that you have a team that will be successful.
If you go to an interview, you may find out right off the bat that the company that you are interviewing with doesn't have any more experience with hiring a Coder. You could be interviewed by a company that claims to be the best when it comes to hiring Coder's. You need to be sure that you aren't going to be working with one of these companies.
I have seen this happen a lot where companies will just tell you that they have someone that they are happy with. It makes me wonder what is the criteria that the company uses to hire the person. Don't get stuck with a company that doesn't care if you do well or not.
I am a little bit worried about all of the promises that you hear from people who are talking about hiring someone to create a team for you. That is what makes it so frustrating sometimes. The next thing that will happen is that the person will make promises that he or she is not going to be able to keep.
If you really want a programmer, then you need to be sure that you will be hiring someone who has the skills to accomplish your goals. This doesn't mean that you should have a bunch of promises that are simply not going to be kept. However, it does mean that you should at least be sure that the person you are interviewing with is skilled enough to accomplish your goals.
No matter which type of programmer you have in mind, you want a front end developer that knows about HTML and CSS. They need to know how to work with databases, CMS systems, and search engines. They need to know how to work with programming languages that include Java, PHP, .Net, C++, etc.
