Etched Bushie .

4mm thick 01 tool steel bushie style knife with etched stonewashed finish . Mystery wood scales , brass Loveless bolts and wet formed rustic veg tan leather sheath .

Please note this knife was made from a scrap laser cut piece of 01 that had been test stamped hence the letters C&D .

Big Wenge .

 Brushed wenge wood scales over double copper clad G-10 liners with brass Loveless bolts .

The clip point Bowie style blade has a high saber grind from 3.5mm thick old high carbon saw blade steel .

Narrow Nesmuk.

Recycled Nessmuk style patch knife shaped from the tip of an old butchers knife (like the original ) but as a wrapped full tang .

Wrap is latigo lace leather with an epoxy coat finish with further wraps of 3 strand braided sinew and a wet-formed rustic leather sheath with brass eyelets and copper saddlery rivets .

 Part three.

 3.5mm veg- tan leather wet formed from @theidentitystore .

The leather was double sponge dyed with dark and light brown dye and distressed for an aged effect with copper saddlery rivets and brass kydex eyelets .

Part two .

After etching and stone-washing the blade I removed the edge where the handle was to be wrapped .

The first wrap is dyed latigo lace leather with a thin epoxy coat with an over wrap of dyed 3 strand braided sinew , both via @theidentitystore

Copper bush.

A slim bushie style blade perhaps a take on a full tang’d Puukko in 4mm 01 tool steel etched in ferric with a hint of copper .

Scales are Bocote (Mexican Rosewood ) over copper clad G-10 liners with copper and brass Loveless bolts and copper lanyard tube .

Ulu masked .

4mm veg tan wet formed leather rustic ulu mask .

The one piece leather sheath was distressed on the workshop floor and indented using a gnarly stag antler before being sponge dyed with dark and light brown dye for an aged effect .

Hammered copper saddlery rivets and antiqued brass kydex eyelets were used so the owner can mount it to his pack whilst hunting . The sheath was then stonewashed with marbles in a tumble drier to complete the aged look .

  The drop point tip of the Ulu fits snug under the last brass eyelet to aid in retention  so the ulu must be pivoted to draw from the sheath .

Secondary retention comes in the form of a braided latigo lace thong with twisted copper wire and a Nepalese ox bone skull mantra bead .

Rustic pocket kiridashi 2 .

San mai , wrought iron and high carbon steel core kiridashi etched with a 3 strand braided artificial sinew wrap and leather pocket slip .  The matching lanyard has Nepalese ox bone skull manta beads on it
