I don’t know if you’re looking for advice based on experience or not, but when I used to bury myself in work, I’d take out literally EVERYTHING that wasn’t necessary for my well-being (schoolwork, some sport, eating were the exceptions) and then try to build back up with less?? I’d see what I missed/what I really needed to get done and pick it back up, but I’d also be super mindful of how much time I had left for myself in a day
