You know you're a cute little heart breaker... . The other day, while doing some family photos for some friends we came across two red fox. Here lately I have been listening to a few podcasts and watching some other photographers videos about tracking and photographing wildlife. Well I put the two together and it worked out! . While this is no award winning photograph of a fox, it’s a big deal for me. I’ve wanted to capture one in nature for a while; just didn’t know how, where to look, when to go out. Putting everything I’ve learned together to get a workable photo is so gratifying. . Here’s the thing. Lately I’ve had some incredible compliments on my photography which I am incredibly thankful for. I’ve seen improvements Indy own work. I feel that it’s good, although there are 1,000’s of others out there better than I. But know this, I didn’t just pick up a camera and start taking decent photos. I’ve worked at my photography, professionally and as a passion, for over 10 years. I’ve learned. I’ve studied. I’ve screwed up. I’ve gotten it right a time or two. . If you want to be good at something, anything, take the time and study your subject. Immerse yourself. Take the time to learn. Never stop learning. Keep learning.
